I’m not convinced we have faith in math; we have confidence in math. Math and religion are as different as night and day. Math can predict, it can guide repeated action and produce the same results each time. Math is amoral, objective. Religion is the opposite. Religion cannot predict, nor can it guide repeat actions producing the same result each time. Religion is a moral teaching and is wholly subjective.

They may both be searches, but o do not believe religion is the vehicle through which truth will be discovered.
